What a lot we've played!

Stephen Booth wins the first of our new trophies

Over the past 5 days we've run the Spring Tournament, a regular Monday club night and the March Invitational Knockout. That's 76 players, 134 matches, 908 points - and lots of nail biting, adrenaline and fun. We also dispensed £2,680 in prizes, pools and the auction.

Big congratulations to Stephen Booth, winning his second Ealing 1-day tournament on Saturday and to Mihail Popa as runner-up. The consolation was won by Andrew Ankrah, with Anna Price as runner-up.

The March knockout was won by Iulian Chirița, returning to the club after many years and defeating Peter Bennet in the final.

The 4 Swiss tournaments on Monday were won by Andy Anastasiou, Dan Feeny, Hasan Rashid and Gavin Anderson. Congratulations to all of them as well. And thank you to everyone who turned out over what has been a fantastic few days.
